From online inquiry, to tour application process til I moved in finally yesterday... everyone was so caring and kind, and as quick as professionally possible. have to do things like background etc to protect business financially and ethically as well staff and residents safety. And from the one bad comment I heard second and tons followed all positive that newer staff and change the gates has come far and in positive only forward
